Long range forecast / discussion...May 21 to 24--After some cooling into the 60's/ 70's next Tuesday, temperatures move back up under sunny skies and a re-building ridge of high pressure Wednesday and Thursday of next week. By the 27th/ 28th, low pressure forms offshore and carves a trough of lower pressure over the Western US. This should cause some clouds and west winds mostly, along with cooling of temperatures. We do not see any precipitation yet, but will watch for the possibility. Early June may offer the possibility for some showers, we will watch. CM
