Base Facilities include a lodge, Snack Bar, Restaurant, Lounge, Equipment Rentals, Gift Shop, Groceries, Gasoline and Accommodations (duplex, motel, suites, apartments, family-style cabins, camping cabins, dormitory and RV Park). Family owned and operated since its beginning in 1952, Sipapu is proud to be a small, family oriented ski and summer resort in an intimate setting offering modest prices. Nestled in the Sangre de Christo Mountains along the Rio Pueblo, Sipapu is surrounded by the Pecos Wilderness and the Carson National Forest. With facilities for groups of 2 to 260 we are able to graciously host your corporate gathering, retreat, family reunion or wedding.
