Beginners, experts, kids and adults can all find something to get excited about up here. Snowshoe's come a long way in the last 33 years. But, despite the resort's amazing evolution, one thing on this Mountain has not changed---the snow! We still get more than 180 inches annually. Snowshoe Mountain offers 234 skiable acres spread over three faces with 57 total slopes and trails. The Western Territory offers the longest continuous vertical drop of any resort in the Southeast. Nearly 40% of Snowshoe's terrain falls under "More Difficult" but there is plenty of room for beginners to learn. 41% of the trails at Snowshoe Mountain are green runs, offering comfort for beginners and fun for cruising even if you are more advanced. Snowshoe Mountain is a four-season, Intrawest destination resort situated in the southern portion of the pristine Allegheny Mountains.
